Amelia Island State Park

Anastasia State Park

Abundant wildlife and diverse ecosystems can be enjoyed within the 1,600 acres of beaches, tidal marshes and nature trails that make up beautiful Anastasia State Park. Visitors can explore the maritime hammocks, ancient sand dunes and historic coquina quarry before taking a dip in the Atlantic along pristine, white-sand beaches.

Anclote Key Preserve State Park

Located three miles off the coast of Tarpon Springs, Anclote Key Preserve State Park is accessible only by private boat or ferry service.

Avalon State Park

Avalon has more than a mile of increasingly rare undeveloped beachfront. The park provides habitat for many species of wildlife. The park is ideal for swimmers, snorkelers, fishermen and sunbathers for beach recreation.

Bald Point State Park

Some of the most picturesque scenic areas along north Florida’s Gulf Coast are found within the park which supports 4,065 upland acres. Bald Point offers access to two Apalachee Bay beaches for swimming, sunbathing, fishing, canoeing, kayaking and windsurfing. Facilities include a fishing dock and picnic pavilions.

Skyway Fishing Pier State Park

T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park

Stretching 20 miles into the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, St. Joseph Peninsula is a true wildlife haven. Its powdery beaches and bayside salt marshes are nesting grounds for sea turtles, shore birds and the endangered St. Andrews beach mouse.

Terra Ceia Preserve State Park

This park’s 2,000 acres encompass mangrove forests, freshwater and saltwater wetlands and uplands communities. Much of the preserve is in various stages of habitat restoration which is intended to return agricultural land to its natural and ecologically diverse condition.
